Candace S. Kaufman
Director of Operations

     Candace Kaufman has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial services, securities, real estate investments, and estate planning.

     Working in the real estate industry, Ms. Kaufman was employed as an on-site Residential Manager for a large townhouse community for several years establishing new procedures resulting in a higher quality of tenants, decreased turnover, and increased net income.

     The townhouse community was then sold and Ms. Kaufman went on to serve as Director of Operations for a successful real estate investment firm comprised of several commercial and residential properties nationwide supervising property and company employees, accounting, and the rehabilitation of several residential rental communities into condominium conversions for sale.

     Later, Ms. Kaufman received her securities & insurance licenses in the financial services industry performing financial analysis and recommendations regarding her client's investments, insurance, and estate planning needs. Ms. Kaufman also provided educational workshops and seminars, continuing this for nearly ten years, primarily with AIG SunAmerica.

     Ms. Kaufman has worked with many affluent clients in her career and with her vast expertise and experience in real estate investments, financial investments, and estate planning is quite an asset to Terri Hilliard, PC.
